The Lord is Leading You to The Blessed Land

KUTOKA MADHABAHUNI
PASTOR&MRS E K BARAMBILWA

CORNERSTONE CHRISTIAN CENTRE KIBAHA
Title: The Lord is leading you to the blessed land
Text:Exodus 3:7-10 (NIV)
7 The LORD said, "I have indeed seen the misery of my people in Egypt. I have heard them crying out because of their slave drivers, and I am concerned about their suffering.
8 So I have come down to rescue them from the hand of the Egyptians and to bring them up out of that land into a good and spacious land, a land flowing with milk and honey--the home of the Canaanites, Hittites, Amorites, Perizzites, Hivites and Jebusites.
9 And now the cry of the Israelites has reached me, and I have seen the way the Egyptians are oppressing them.
10 So now, go. I am sending you to Pharaoh to bring my people the Israelites out of Egypt."
Theme: The Lord wants you to enjoy the abundance of His blessings.
Date: 2nd February, 2014.
Speaker: Ernest K.Barambilwa
Purpose: To stir up the heart of giving in order to inherit the blessings of God.

        I.            You are serving the God we see your misery.
a.      He sees your financial struggles.
b.      He sees your debts.
c.       He sees how your debtors oppress you.
d.      He sees how you struggle to pay your bills.
e.      He is concerned about your financial struggle.
II.            God sees your financial struggles and has sent you a deliverer, not Mosses but Jesus Christ.
a.      Who sent Peter to fish and he got financial miracle. Matthew 17:27 (NIV)
27 "But so that we may not offend them, go to the lake and throw out your line. Take the first fish you catch; open its mouth and you will find a four-drachma coin. Take it and give it to them for my tax and yours."

b.      He fed thousands of people with just few fish and five loaves of bread Matthew 14:18-22 (NIV)
18 "Bring them here to me," he said.
19 And he directed the people to sit down on the grass. Taking the five loaves and the two fish and looking up to heaven, he gave thanks and broke the loaves. Then he gave them to the disciples, and the disciples gave them to the people.
20 They all ate and were satisfied, and the disciples picked up twelve basketfuls of broken pieces that were left over.
21 The number of those who ate was about five thousand men, besides women and children.
c.       He changed the water into wine at Canna
 John 2:5-10 (NIV)
5 His mother said to the servants, "Do whatever he tells you."
6 Nearby stood six stone water jars, the kind used by the Jews for ceremonial washing, each holding from twenty to thirty gallons.
7 Jesus said to the servants, "Fill the jars with water"; so they filled them to the brim.
8 Then he told them, "Now draw some out and take it to the master of the banquet." They did so,
9 and the master of the banquet tasted the water that had been turned into wine. He did not realize where it had come from, though the servants who had drawn the water knew. Then he called the bridegroom aside
10 and said, "Everyone brings out the choice wine first and then the cheaper wine after the guests have had too much to drink; but you have saved the best till now."

c.       You need to believe in the teaching you are receiving here and now.(Heb 11:1)
d.      The first stage to tap into the blessings is through the giving of tithes because it shows your heart of dependability to God; you tell Him I can deliver your goods at the right place.
e.      The second stage is by giving your first fruits; this is telling Him that He is Number One to you in your life.
f.        The third stage is by giving Him your sacrifices; this tells Him that I totally trust in you, this kind of faith is the same with that you expressed to Him for salvation from your sin.
g.      The fourth stage is by giving Him the thanksgiving offerings; by this offering you tell God I acknowledge as the source of all I am and I have.
